Cancellation & Refund Policy

At WIXO, we value our clients and strive to provide the highest quality web development and digital services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are handled. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Project Cancellation by Client

If a client chooses to cancel the project before work has started, only 50% of the advance amount paid will be refunded.

Once work has started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. Refund Policy

  • No Refund After Work Starts: All payments made become non-refundable once project development or service execution has begun.
  • Duplicate / Accidental Payments: If a client makes a duplicate or accidental double payment, the extra payment will be fully refunded to the original payment method.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 15 working days.

3. Non-Payment of Final Amount

If the client fails to pay the final project amount upon completion, all services will be suspended or terminated.

In such cases, no refunds of advance payments will be provided.

The project and its deliverables remain the property of WIXO until full payment is received.

4. Service Termination by WIXO

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services if:

  • The client violates our Terms & Conditions.
  • Payments are not made as agreed.
  • The client engages in unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activities.

In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
