Clients retain ownership of their own content, logos, and data provided to us.

Completed projects remain the property of WIXO until full payment is received.

4. Payments & Fees

Payment terms will be defined in each project agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed, a deposit is required before work begins, and the balance is due upon completion.

Late payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy (linked separately).

Custom development and design services are generally non-refundable, as they involve labor and resources.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide necessary information, content, and approvals in a timely manner.
• Ensure all content provided does not infringe on third-party rights, including copyright and trademarks.
• Cooperate with project timelines to avoid delays.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

While we take reasonable security measures, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or 100% secure.

Clients are responsible for maintaining backups of their own data.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services (e.g., hosting providers, plugins, APIs). We are not liable for issues, downtime, or failures caused by third parties.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Payment terms are violated.
• A client engages in unlawful, abusive, or harmful activities.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of AP. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in CHALLAPALLI.
